Refund & Return Policy

At DP Gun Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Firearms Sales – Final Sale

All firearm sales are final once transferred to the buyer and accepted by the FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. Due to federal regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on firearms once they have been delivered and transferred.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on non-firearm products (e.g., accessories, optics, apparel) within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused and in original packaging
In resellable condition
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

A 10% restocking fee may apply for eligible returns.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund. Please include order details and photos when contacting us.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at dpgunstore@gmail.com with the following:

Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos (for damaged or defective items)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
